Shivmani Home, built on 1.5 acre land, a home away from home, now joins the ranks of many projects undertaken by the J Watumull Global Hospital & Research Centre, Mount Abu.

We strive to create a holistic environment offering physical, emotional, social, spiritual and health support to our elderly folk such that they live in dignity and comfort, complete freedom and loving care.

We hope this will be a good choice for seniors from families practicing Rajyoga meditation (as taught by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalaya) desiring to live as a happy community, an extended family without worrying about household maintenance.

Shivmani offers facilities for a range of categories of care.

It presently has a total capacity of about 100 beds in single and double rooms on two floors connected by stairs and a passenger lift.

The interiors have been designed with much study and care to meet specific needs.

The best infrastructural facilities, carefully planned amenities, excellent vegetarian food, comprehensive health care, entertainment and peer companionship offer senior citizens an ideal new home.

Essentially planned as a home for elderly people, we expect the residents to meet some basic eligibility criteria.

These are:

Age 60 years or above.
Willing to abide by rules and regulations of the home.
While this is not criteria per se, we believe that seniors expressing a keen interest in meditation and spirituality, or practicing Rajyoga meditation as taught by the Brahma Kumaris, are more likely to benefit from our setup.

Spiritual needs of residents are given special attention and care.

We offer two types of accommodation to suit individual needs and budgets:

✤ आपका जन्म कानपूर के पास उत्तर प्रदेश के एक छोटे से गांव के आध्यात्मिक परिवार में हुआ ।

✤ सन् 1972 से आप ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ संस्थान के मुख्यालय, माउण्ट आबू में समर्पित रूप से सेवाएं दे रहें हैं।

✤ आपने सिन्धी भाषा सीखकर सन् 1976 से हिन्दी मुरली टाइप करने की सेवा शुरु की मुरली में जो सार, वरदान तथा स्लोगन आदि आते हैं, उसकी सेटिंग आप ही करते है ।

✤ आपको अव्यक्त बापदादा ने दिव्य बुद्धि का वरदान दिया है।

✤ अव्यक्त बापदादा के सन्मुख मुरली श्रवण के साथ-साथ टाइप करके शीघ्रातिशीघ्र विश्व के कोने-कोने तक पहुंचाने में आपका विशेष योगदान है।

राजयोगिनी ब्रह्माकुमारी शील बहिन का संक्षिप्त जीवन परिचय

ब्रह्माकुमारी शीलू बहिन का जन्म 1948 में मुम्बई में हुआ। बचपन से ही आपको आध्यात्मिक अनुभवों के प्रति गहरी रूचि रही। आप 1960 में 12 वर्ष की अल्प आयु में ही प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय के सम्पर्क में आयी। अपनी पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ आप ईश्वरीय ज्ञान एवं राजयोग का भी अभ्यास करती रहीं। जिससे आपने स्वयं में एकाग्रता तथा कुशाग्र बुद्धि का गहन अनुभव किया।
मुम्बई विश्वविद्यालय से 1969 में विज्ञान में स्नातक होने के पश्चात 21 वर्ष की आयु में आप मानवता की ईश्वरीय सेवा अर्थ इस संस्था में सम्पूर्ण रूप से समर्पित हो गयी। सन् 1970 से 1974 तक आपने बैंगलोर, काठमाण्डू, हैदराबाद तथा मुम्बई में ईश्वरीय सेवाएं प्रदान कीं। सन् 1974 से 1976 तक कुछ अफ्रीकी देशों तथा मौरीशस में आपने ईश्वरीय सेवा कर अनेक राजयोग सेवा केन्द्रों की स्थापना की।
1976 से आप मुख्यालय, माउण्ट आबू में स्थायी रूप से रहकर राजयोग शिविरों का सकुशल संचालन कर रहीं हैं जिसके अन्तर्गत अभी भी प्रति वर्ष माउण्ट आबू में हजारों शिक्षाविदों, न्यायविदों, राजनीतिज्ञों, चिकित्सकों, वैज्ञानिकों, व्यापारियों तथा समाज के अन्य व्यवसायों के व्यक्ति आकर लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। आबू पर्वत तथा अन्य स्थानों पर आयोजित राष्ट्रीय एवं अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय शान्ति सम्मेलनों, महासम्मेलनों में आप एक कुशल प्रवक्ता के रूप में अपने वक्तव्य रखती हैं। हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी तथा सिन्धी इन तीनों भाषाओं में आप धारा प्रवाह रूप से बोलती हैं साथ ही साथ इन तीनों भाषाओं का सफल अनुवादन भी करती हैं।
आपने पाँचों ही महाद्वीपों में 70 से भी अधिक देशों में भ्रमण किया है और विश्व की अनेकानेक आत्माओं में आध्यात्मिक क्रान्ति के बीज बोकर उनके जीवन में सच्ची सुख-शान्ति की अनुभूति का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया है।
आप प्रवचनों के माध्यम से सकारात्मक सोचने की कला, तनाव मुक्त जीवन तथा राजयोग द्वारा जीवन मूल्यों का विकास आदि विषयों पर प्रकाश डालते हैं। आपकी स्पष्ट, तार्किक तथा आत्मिक स्नेह एवं आध्यात्मरस पूर्ण वाणी की बढ़ती हुई चाहना को लेकर राजयोग प्रवचन माला, राजयोग कामेन्ट्री तथा कई आध्यात्मिक विषयों पर प्रवचनों की आडियो तथा वीडियो रिकार्डिंग्स उपलब्ध हैं।
वर्ष 1993 में टी.वी. के माध्यम से संस्था की ओर से मूल्यों के प्रति जनजागृति लाने के भगीरथ कार्य की शुरूआत करने वाली आप सर्वप्रथम ब्रह्माकुमारी बहन हैं। आपके प्रवचन Zee T.V., Sony T.V. आस्था तथा संस्कार चैनलों पर कई वर्षों तक लगातार प्रसारित होते रहे। वर्तमान समय आपके विविध कार्यक्रम ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ संस्था के अपने टी.वी. चैनल Peace of Mind पर नियमित रूप से आते रहते हैं।

ब्रह्माकुमारी गीता वहन का संक्षिप्त जीवन परिचय

ब्रह्माकुमारी गीता बहन का जैसा नाम है वैसा ही उनका जीवन है। कर्मण्यवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन – फल की इच्छा न रख कर्म करते जाओ । सुख- दु:ख, लाभमलाभौ, जया जयो…. अपनी स्थिति को सुख- दु:ख, मान- अपमान, लाभ-हानि, जय-पराजय मे समान रखो । श्रीमद्भागवत गीता की यही दो मूल शिक्षाएं ही आपका वास्तविक जीवन-परिचय है । ऐसी स्थितप्रज्ञ अवस्था आपने प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय की व्यवहारिक शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण एवं व्यक्तिगत पुरुषार्थ से प्राप्त की है ।

➢ 1969 में आप 14 वर्ष की कोमल आयु में ही प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय के सम्पर्क में आई। आप अपने विद्यार्थी जीवन में भी अत्यन्त मेघावी छात्रा थी। साऊथ गुजरात मैट्रिक बोर्ड मे प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने का गौरव आपने प्राप्त किया । परन्तु ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय की आध्यात्मिक शिक्षाओं ने आपको इतना प्रभावित किया कि 1972 मे बोर्ड परीक्षा उतीर्ण करने के पश्चात ही अपने जीवन को ईश्वरीय सेवा मे सम्पूर्ण रूप से समर्पित कर दिया ।

➢ गुजरात के सूरत, भरूच, वरोडा, अहमदाबाद आदि स्थानों पर अपनी सेवाऐं प्रदान करने के पश्चात लगातार 14 वर्षो तक भावनगर में सब जोन इन्चार्ज के रूप में अपनी सेवायें प्रदान की है।

➢ 1993 से आप ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय के अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मुख्यालय में नवनिर्मित ज्ञानसरोवर एकेडेमी में, रिसेप्शन, आवास निवास विभाग एवं इन्टरनल एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन में 17 वर्ष तक निमित्त रूप से अपनी विशेष सेवाएँ दी हैं। साथ ही साथ आप राजयोगा एज्युकेशन एण्ड रिसर्च फाउण्डेशन के अन्तर्गत बिजनेस एण्ड इन्डस्ट्रिज विंग के हेडक्वाटर को-ऑर्डिनेटर हैं ।

➢ आप विश्वविद्यालय के नियमित राजयोगी विद्यार्थी भाई बहनों, ब्रह्माकुमारी टीचर्स बहनों के सघन प्रशिक्षण प्रोग्राम के भी प्रभावी शिक्षिका हैं।

➢ आप एक कुशल राजयोग एवं स्व- प्रबन्धन (Self Management) प्रशिक्षिका हैं। मुख्यालय में विभिन्न विंग्स के जो कार्यक्रम चलते हैं, उसमें भी अनेक विषयों पर आप व्याख्यान देतें हैं। जैसे कि नारी जागृति, आदि कालीन प्राचीन संस्कृति एवं उसका आधार आध्यात्मिकता, Art of Positive Thinking, Inner world & Art of Balancing, Success- a new Dimension, Spiritual Empowerment, Harmony in Relationship, Leadership Attitude and Powers, आदि अनेकानेक विषयों पर व्याखान करते हैं ।

➢ सन् 1985 में सोमनाथ से दिल्ली तक चलने वाली भारत एकता युवा पदयात्रा का नेतृत्व भी आपने किया ।

➢ 1991 में आपने विदेश यात्रा भी की जिसमें विशेष रूप से आपने USA का भ्रमण किया।

➢ सन् 1992 में आयोजित Indo-Nepal Awareness Campaign में भी भाग लिया ।

➢ 1996 में Business and Industries Wing द्वारा आयोजित मुम्बई – इन्दौर – कोटा की कार रैली में भी विशेष सेवायें दी है।

➢ 2006 में, 2008 व 2009 में आपने अमेरिका, केनेडा और लन्दन तथा अफ्रिका के 6 देशो व मोरिशियस की विदेश यात्राएं कर ईश्रारीय ज्ञान एवं राजयोग से अनेक आत्माओ को लाभान्वित किया ।

➢ इसी प्रकार अनेकानेक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेकर अपनी सेवाओ द्वारा समय प्रति समय आत्माओं को ज्ञान और योग से भरपूर करती रहीं है ।

Usha Ramanlal Naik

Brahma Kumari Usha Behn, born in Africa, came in contact with Brahma Kumaris in 1974. Being impressed by the spiritual philosophy and practical meditation of Brahma Kumaris, she practiced and applied the teachings in her life. Experiencing a great change and realizing the benefits, she dedicated herself totally to the spiritual service of mankind in 1980.

With the blessings of the Supreme God Father, she has focused her strength and specialty into a meaningful channel.

At present, she is based at the global headquarters of Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, India.

Her latest series is on “CHANGE” in English and a series in Hindi on “From Breakup to Makeup”.

डॉ. सविता ने राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी से अपनी मेडिकल की पढ़ाई पूरी की। प्रारंभ में, आपने उदयपुर, कोटा, डूंगरपुर में कार्य किया। वर्ष 1991 में, आप ग्लोबल हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च सेंटर, माउंट आबू में चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त हुईं और वर्ष 2000 तक अपनी सेवाएं दीं और फिर वर्ष 2000 से वर्ष 2007 तक दादी प्रकाशमणि जी (पूर्व मुख्य प्रशासिका ब्रह्माकुमारीज़) की व्यक्तिगत चिकित्सक एवं सहायक रही। आपको बचपन से ही आध्यात्म में गहरी रुचि रही है। वर्ष 1974 के दौरान आप ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ के संपर्क में आईं। आपने वर्ष 1989 में समर्पित रूप से मानव जाति की सेवा के लिए आध्यात्म को अपनाया। आप में स्वास्थ्य और आध्यात्मिकता के बारे में लोगों में जागरूकता लाने में बहुत रुचि है। वर्तमान में आप महिला प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय संयोजिका है।

आपने भारत के विभिन्न हिस्सों में और विदेशों में यू.के., यू. एस. ए., जापान, चीन, हांगकांग, यूएई, वेनेजुएला, मलेशिया, कैरिबियन, फ्रांस, जर्मनी, पोलैंड, स्वीटजरलैंड, थाईलैंड, वियतनाम, म्यांमार, रूस देशों में स्वस्थ जीवन शैली और मेडिटेशन के बारे में लोगों को शिक्षित करने के लिए भ्रमण किये है। आप महिला प्रभाग के राष्ट्रीय स्तर के कार्यक्रमों का संयोजन एवं आयोजन करती है । वर्ष 2001 को, जब भारत सरकार द्वारा महिला सशक्तिकरण के वर्ष के रूप में घोषित किया गया तब आपने “अखिल भारतीय महिला आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण अभियान” में भाग लिया जोकि ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ द्वारा महिलाओं के उत्थान के लिए आयोजित किया गया था । वर्ष 2014 में आपने राष्ट्रीय स्तर के अभियान “नारी सुरक्षा, हमारी सुरक्षा को कोआर्डिनेट किया जोकि महिलाओं के खिलाफ होने वाली विभिन्न प्रकार की हिंसा के विरुद्ध जागरूकता लाने के लिए, उनके जीवन को अधिक सुरक्षित एवं आत्म सम्मान संपन्न बनाने के लिए आयोजित किया गया था। वर्ष 2016-17 में आपने राष्ट्रीय अभियान “बेटी बचाओ – सशक्त बनाओ” कोआर्डिनेट किया जोकि बालिकाओं को बचाने, उन्हें शिक्षित करने एवं सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से एवं आम जनता के बीच लैंगिक समानता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया गया ।

आपने मेडिकल विंग द्वारा आयोजित स्वास्थ्य मेलों और अभियानों सेवाएं दी। वर्ष 2009 में आपने “मेरा भारत, स्वस्थ भारत अभियान ” में जयपुर तक भाग लिया।

इसके साथ आप एक वरिष्ठ राजयोग शिक्षिका भी है और तनाव प्रबंधन स्वस्थ और प्रसन्न रहने की कला meditation as medicine में अपनी देहरादून से क्रोध प्रबंधन, सकारात्मक चिंतन करने की कला, सम्बन्धों में समरसता, राजयोग मेडिटेशन, स्वसशक्तिकरण एवं महिला सशक्तिकरण आदि विषयों पर आप वक्तव्य देती हैं ।

आपने बिरला सीमेंट, श्री सीमेंट, ओएनजीजी, इफको, एलएंडटी मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों में, विभिन्न संगठनों में व्याख्यान दिए हैं और कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की हैं । रोटरी और लायंस क्लब, आर्मी, एयरफोर्स, नेवी, विभिन्न कॉलेजों, जेलों, आदि में आपने ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ संस्था द्वारा आयोजित कई राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों में भी भाग लिया है।

BIODATA OF RAJYOGI BRAHMA KUMAR RAMNATH BHAI

Raj Yogi BK Ramnath Ji, a multi faceted personality, initiated into a spiritual way of life at a very tender age from his childhood. Born and brought up in the deeply religious and traditional, orthodox family, he has all along followed the path of spiritual attainments alongwith the persuasion of education, and has come out in flying colors with the Degree from the University. Due to his persistent efforts of seeking higher attainments in the spiritual path, he came in contact with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya in 1972 and deeply studied the spiritual knowledge, and since then, practiced, elevated and empowered Raj Yoga Meditation.

After obtaining the Degree from the college, he undertook a Managerial position in a refinery in Mumbai and successfully completed the project entrusted to him. However, his deep inner desire for the self-actualisation in spiritual knowledge and meditation, in the year 1978, he visited the Global Headquarters of Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu. This visit has totally changed his life. He has very deeply experienced powers from the Supreme God, Father Shiva in meditation. These enlightening experiences have made him dedicate his total life for the services at the headquarters of Brahma Kumaris. Since then, he is in the Brahma Kumaris headquarters in Mount Abu as the Senior Raj Yoga Teacher, and is presently the Headquarter coordinator for the Religious wing of Brahma Kumaris, RERF.

His single goal of serving mankind has taken him nearer to the spiritual seekers and made him travel worldwide, both in India and abroad. He has given thousands of empowering spiritual discourses and shared his powers and experiences of meditation with thousands of people across the globe and visited the countries like Australia, New Zealand, Fuji, U.S.A., U.K. & South Africa. Even in India, he has traveled at length and breadth of the country and visited almost all the states and met with very eminent personalities, religious leaders, Swamijis, Mahantas, Mahamandleshwar, etc. He is a versatile speaker, both in English and Hindi, and is easy to connect with the audience. In many of the religious conferences at national and State level, he has delivered keynote speeches. He is also honored by several of the organizations and the Jagadgurus for his selfless service to mankind. Through his long and deep rooted experiences in meditation, he has expertised the art of simplifying the science of meditation for the ease of understanding and practise by the commoner. He has an influential and magical personality, and has inspired thousands of people to toe the path of spirituality.

एक परिचय

परम श्रद्धेय राजयोगी ब्रह्माकुमार सूर्य भाईजी का जीवन अपने नाम की गरिमा के अनुरूप ही है। जिस तरह आकाश में चमकने वाला सूर्य सारे संसार को अपनी ऊर्जा देता है और बदले में किसी से कोई कामना नहीं रखता, उसी तरह भ्राता सूर्य जी आध्यात्म गगन के दैदिप्यमान सूर्य हैं जिन्होंने अपना समस्त जीवन मानवता की सेवा अर्थ अर्पित कर दिया है ।

गरिमामय व्यक्तित्व – तेजस्वी मुखमण्डल, आँखों में ईश्वरीय स्नेह की चुम्बकीय चमक, दिव्यगुणों का साक्षात् लहराता समुद्र, गंभीर मुद्रा किंतु जीवन में नवप्राण प्रतिष्ठित करने वाले निर्मल तथा मधुर मुस्कान, अप्रतिम धैर्य एवं विश्व को बदलने की अदम्य क्षमता वाला दृढ़ संकल्पी व्यक्तित्व का नाम है • ‘ब्रह्माकुमार सूर्य’ । विचारों की उदारता, हृदय की विशालता, त्याग और तपस्या आपके जीवन के अलंकार हैं।

सर्व के प्रेरणामूर्ति – ज्ञान सूर्य परमात्मा के अनन्य रत्न ‘भ्राता सूर्य जी’ के सामान्य कलेवर में एक विराट् प्रेरणामूर्ति समाहित है। आपकी प्रखर बौद्धिक प्रतिभा व शीतल आध्यात्मिक प्रकम्पन प्रथम दर्शन में ही किसी को भी प्रभावित करने में समर्थ हैं। आपका आचार, व्यवहार, सादगी और सरलता सर्व को महान बनने एवं सत्य की राह पर चलने की प्रेरणा देते हैं ।

शिक्षा – विज्ञान में स्नातक (मेरठ यूनिवर्सिटी से)
ईश्वरीय ज्ञान मिला – सन् 1964 में ।
ईश्वरीय कार्य अर्थ अपना जीवन समर्पित किया – सन् 1968 में ।

वर्तमान में –
➢ वर्तमान समय आप ब्रह्माकुमारीज द्वारा संचालित एकेडमी फॉर ए बेटर वर्ल्ड, ज्ञान सरोवर (माउण्ट आबू) में वरिष्ठ राजयोगी शिक्षक के रूप में आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान एवं राजयोग की शिक्षा प्रदान कर रहे हैं ।

➢ साथ ही आप ब्रह्माकुमारीज के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुख्यालय में खाद्य विभाग के व्यवस्थापक हैं, जहाँ प्रतिदिन हजारों लोगों का भोजन बनता है ।

वर्तमान सदस्य –
➢ स्प्रीचुअल एप्लीकेशन एंड रिसर्च सेंटर (स्पार्क) के राजयोग लैब के समूह-संचालक ।

➢ साथ ही राजयोग शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान के एजुकेशन विंग, मीडिया विंग एवं आर्ट-
कल्चर विंग के सक्रिय सदस्य ।
